ISRAEL – Italian-Israeli Industrial Announcement
Within the framework of the Industrial, Scientific and Technological Cooperation Agreement between Italy and Israel, the General Directorate for the Promotion of the Country System of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) and the Israeli Innovation Authority have published a call for proposals for collect and select joint research and industrial innovation projects eligible for financial support of up to 50% of the documented costs in research and development.
The call is addressed to industrial subjects, companies carrying out research and development activities, associations of companies, universities or research centres provided they are associated with an industrial subject.
Joint Italian-Israeli R&D projects may be presented in the following areas: medicine, biotechnology, public health and hospital organisation; agriculture and food sciences; applications of information technology in training and scientific research; environment, water treatment; new energy sources, alternatives to oil and exploitation of natural resources; innovations in production processes; information technology, data communications, software, cybernetic security; space and earth observation; any other area of mutual interest.
Applications to be submitted jointly in Italy and Israel may be received no later than 25th November 2020.
