Costa Rica – A new guide for Italian economic operators on export opportunities published.

The practical guide “Esportare in Costa Rica” was recently published on the website of the Italian Embassy to Costa Rica. The guide is the sixth in a series of publications that illustrate to Italian economic operators the opportunities available in the most promising sectors of the local market. The sectors covered are the most interesting ones in Costa Rica’s economy: from agriculture to the wood and derivatives sector, from the medical device industry to free zones. The new guide has been designed to serve as a practical tool for those interested in exporting to Costa Rica and provides a clear and comprehensive overview on key topics, including: why and in which sectors to export to Costa Rica; regulatory and legislative aspects; the EU-Central America Association Agreement; rules of origin; incentives and entry points for goods.
