The conclusions of the Plenary Meeting of the Missile Technology Control Regime were welcomed by Foreign Minister Emma Bonino. “At a critical time on the global stage, with situations such as North Korea’s missile programmes and the use of chemical weapons by Syria, we have succeeded in approving a final document agreed by all participants”, declared the Minister.
“I wish to thank Ambassador Trezza for his efforts and for the significant results achieved. Results that will underpin Italy’s non-proliferation work in 2014”, concluded Minister Bonino.
