The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, in close cooperation with the Consulate General in Barcelona and the Embassy in Madrid, has been closely following the tragedy of Nicolò Ciatti, a young Italian brutally murdered in Spain on 13 August last.
Our Consulate General will continue to provide the family of Nicolò with all necessary assistance until the circumstances that led to his death have been fully clarified, and the perpetrators of this crime have been brought to justice.
