“I had a very fruitful dialogue with Minister Le Drian. We discussed in depth Italian-French priorities in relaunching the EU: reform of the euro zone, growth, jobs, youth-friendly policies and boosting European defence. We also discussed Libya, migration, Iran, North Korea and reinforcing our cooperation with the United Nations and the OSCE,” stated Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Angelino Alfan, after meeting his French counterpart, Jean-Yves Le Drian at the XXXIV Bilateral Italy-France meeting in Lyon.
