Minister Moavero Milanesi is in Benghazi to meet Marshal Haftar. Efforts are underway to relaunch an inclusive political dialogue promoted by the UN Secretary-General’s Special Representative for Libya, Ghassan Salamè, with all stakeholders, for a united and stable Libya.
