The Foreign Ministry continues to work to repatriate compatriots: so far more than 80,000 repatriations, 1,100 since yesterday

About 1,100 people returned to Italy between yesterday and today thanks to the support of the Foreign Ministry and its network, which has organised 16 special flights from the United Kingdom, Belgium, France, Spain, Dominican Republic, Peru, Brazil, Argentina and Somalia.

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 emergency, more than 80 thousand compatriots from 117 countries have returned to Italy, with the assistance of the Foreign Ministry, thanks to more than 750 air, sea and land operations.
