Tajani: 200 students stranded in Dubai departing from Abu Dhabi to Milan. New buses arranged for Oman, and additional charter flights from Muscat to Italy. A Ministry of Foreign Affairs reinforcement team is already operational in Muscat

Minister of Foreign Affairs Antonio Tajani announced that approximately 200 students attending a course in Dubai are departing from Abu Dhabi and will be flown to Linate. The flight will also carry certain Italian citizens with specific health conditions.
Additional buses are available for transfers from the UAE to Oman, and further charter flights, arranged by Oman Air, are being organised over the coming hours for passengers travelling to Italy.
Meanwhile, in Muscat, the first group of reinforcement officials for the diplomatic missions has been operational since 4:30 a.m. In agreement with Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, Minister of Foreign Affairs Antonio Tajani requested that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs establish a support unit composed of diplomats, Carabinieri and financial police personnel.
