Climate: Historic USA-China breakthrough agreement to be ratified by Italy, say Gentiloni and Galletti “The ratification of the agreement reached at the Paris COP 21 between United States and China marks a historic breakthrough in combating climate change and leads to making the global economic model more sustainable.
