Camera operators interested in covering the arrival at Ciampino Military Airport of U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, on Wednesday 8 May 2013, are kindly asked to apply for specific accreditation.
Accreditation requests must be submitted using the form available at http://mae.accreditationsystem.info/ITA/Indice.asp to which all necessary documentation may be attached in digital form (letter on letterhead paper from the media organisation to which the camera operator belongs, Note Verbal issued by the embassy in Rome of the country representing the same media organisation) no later than 9:30 on 8 May 2013.
Requests received after the deadline will not be processed.
If in exceptional cases it is not possible to complete the online accreditation procedure, applications should be sent by fax to the Press Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (tel. 063691.3432 fax 06.3691.2122).
Accredited camera operators are asked to report directly to Ciampino Military Airport (Aviazione Generale) on 8 May 2013 at 11:30.
