On Saturday, 19 March at 12:00 p.m., the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation will meet the Japanese Foreign Minister, Fumio Kishida, at Villa Madama.
The meeting will be followed by a joint press conference.
Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in following the press conference are requested to apply for online accreditation by filling the interactive form at the link http://mae.accreditationsystem.info/ITA/Indice.asp, attaching thereto, unless already provided, the information requested in digital format (letter from the media organisation and, for representatives of foreign media, also a Note Verbal released by the Embassy in Rome of the media organisation’s Country).
If it is not possible to complete the online accreditation procedure, applications should be sent by email to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation’s Institutional Press and Communication Service at the following address: accreditamentostampa@esteri.it (tel. + 39 06/3691.343206/3691.3432 or 8573 or 8210).
Accreditation badges must be collected in person at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, from the rear entrance on Via Macchia della Farnesina, from 12:45 p.m. and by no later than 13:30 p.m.
Villa Madama will be closed to private traffic and therefore a shuttle bus service from the Farnesina to Villa Madama and return will start running from 12:45 p.m.
