ACCREDITATION NOTICE – Conference of the Directors of Italian Cultural Institutes in the World (Farnesina, 19 December 2016)

The Conference of Directors of Italian Cultural Institutes in the World will take place at the Farnesina on 19 December 2016.

 

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International   Cooperation Angelino Alfano will open the conference. He will be followed by the Minister of Cultural Property and Cultural Activities and Tourism Dario Franceschini, the President of the Dante Alighieri Society Andrea Riccardi, the Director General of RAI Antonio Campo Dall’Orto, the President of the Biennale di Venezia Paolo Baratta, the President of the Associazione Priorità Cultura Francesco Rutelli, the Vice-President of  Fondazione Altagamma Paolo Zegna, and Graphic Designer and Art Director,  Giorgio Camuffo.

The morning plenary session, opened by Prof. Philippe Daverio, will be divided into five panels focusing on strategic areas of integrated promotion capable of creating broader interactions: ‘Cuisine’, ‘Contemporary’, ‘Cinema’, ‘Design’, ‘Archeology’.
The Secretary General of the Farnesina, Elisabetta Belloni, will close the first plenary session. 
The afternoon plenary session is scheduled to begin at 3 p.m. and will focus on the strategies of Integrated Promotion (Internationalisation of Museums, Internationalisation of University Institutions and Cultural Tourism) and the new prospects of integrated cultural promotion. 
The conference will be closed by the Director General for Cultural and Economic Promotion and Innovation, Vincenzo De Luca.
The whole event will be open to the Press.
Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in participating in following the event on 19 December, are requested to apply for accreditation in one of the two following ways:
– filling in the interactive form and selecting the event at http://mae.accreditationsystem.info/ITA/Indice.asp attaching thereto, unless already provided, the information requested in digital format (letter from the media organisation and, for representatives of foreign media, also a Note Verbale released by the Rome Embassy of the media organisation’s Country).   

–   by sending an email to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation’s Institutional Press and Communication Service at the following address: accreditamentostampa@esteri.it (Tel. + 39 06/3691.3432 or 8573 or 8210), attaching thereto the letter of his/her media organisation (or press card) and, for members of the foreign press, a Note Verbale released by the Rome Embassy of the media organisation’s Country.
Accredited journalists, photographers and TV crews should enter the Ministry from the main entrance, left hand side, from 8.30 a.m. to 9.15 a.m. and at a later time from the main entrance, right hand side, Guest Entrance.
