PRESS ACCREDITATION NOTICE
On Tuesday, 11 July, at 6 p.m., the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Angelino Alfano, will hold a press conference on the Foreign Ministers’ meeting at the Prefecture of Trieste, on the sidelines of the Western Balkans Summit on 12 July.
On Wednesday, 12 July, Minister Alfano will take part in the Business Forum organised by the Ministry for Economic Development at the Stazione Marittima of Trieste.
The Minister’s agenda envisages the following press points:
Tuesday, 11 July
• 6:00 p.m. Press conference (at the Prefecture of Trieste)
Wednesday, 12 July
• 8:45 -10:00 a.m. Opening remarks by Minister Alfano and European Commissioner Hahn at the Business Forum (at the Stazione Marittima of Trieste).
HOW TO APPLY FOR ACCREDITATION
Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in following the event are kindly requested to apply for accreditation by 5 p.m. on Monday, 10 July, in one of the following two ways:
– by filling the interactive form and clicking on the event concerned at the link http://mae.accreditationsystem.info/ITA/Indice.asp , attaching thereto, unless already provided, the documentation requested in digital format (letter from the media organisation and, for representatives of foreign media, also a Note Verbale released by the Rome Embassy of the media organisation’s Country).
– by sending an email to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation’s Institutional Press and Communication Service at the following address: accreditamentostampa@esteri.it (Tel. + 39 06/3691.3432 or 8573 or 8210), with name, surname, name of media organisation you represent, date and place of birth. Journalist NOT registered in the dedicated area of the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International cooperation will have to attach thereto a letter from his/her media organisation (or press card) and, for members of the foreign press, a Note Verbale released by the Rome Embassy of the media organisation’s Country.
