PRESS ACCREDITATION NOTE
PARTICIPATION OF THE MINISTER ANTONIO TAJANI IN THE PRESENTATION OF THE EVENT “NAPLES, CAPITAL OF THE MEDITERRANEAN: DEVELOPMENTS AND PERSPECTIVES”
(Farnesina – 11 November 2024)
On Monday, 11 November 2024, at 12:00 p.m. in the Aldo Moro Hall, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Antonio Tajani, will participate in the presentation of the event “Naples, Capital of the Mediterranean: Developments and Perspectives,” held on the occasion of the 50th Anniversary of the founding of the Consular Corps of Naples.
The presentation will be attended by consuls in Naples and aims to highlight the growing synergies between foreign consular authorities in Southern Italy, regional institutions, and the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. The 50th anniversary of the Consular Corps of Naples provides an opportunity to explore the central role of Naples in the Mediterranean basin, a vital driver for our economy.
Journalists, photographers and cameramen wishing to follow the event can apply for accreditation by 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, 9 November by sending an email request to accreditamentostampa@esteri.it (tel. 06/3691.8573/8210/3432/3078), attaching identity document, a letter of assignment from the newspaper of affiliation and – for representatives of foreign press organisations – a Verbal Note of the Embassy in Rome of the country of the press organisation represented.
For representatives of foreign press already accredited at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the request must be sent with a copy of an identity document attached.
Accredited journalists, photographers and cameramen may enter the Farnesina via the main entrance, left side, between 11:15 a.m. and 11:45 a.m.
Submitting the above-mentioned personal data means authorising the use thereof in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 and the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) by the Directorate General for Public and Cultural Diplomacy of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the data controller, for strictly professional purposes and/or purposes related to the performance of the event in question.
