Paris, concert-event with Chiara Civello

If the name of the talented Chiara Civello does not ring a bell yet, it is just a question of time. Her new album Eclipse, produced by Marc Collin (who, among other things, launched the Nouvelle Vague project), will be released in France in March.

Together with Marc Collin, the singer will talk about her career and her musical influences and will perform some of the titles of her latest album, an elegant mix of jazz and pop, inspired by Brazilian sound and studded with surprising little nuggets.

The event will take place on 11 January at the Italian Cultural Institute. With her smooth voice and her unconventional and cosmopolitan track record (she trained at Berkeley), Chiara Civello also passed through Brazil, where she sang with the country’s greatest singers, such as Gilberto Gil and Gaetano Veloso, and has undoubtedly cast a spell on Italian audiences.
