Motus Dance Company tours Albania and Kosovo

The Motus Dance Company, originally from Siena, returned to tour Albania and Kosovo.
“Dis-Crimine”, one of the company’s latest productions, which draws inspiration from Art. 2 of the Declaration of Human Rights, which condemns any form of discrimination, was shown at the Turbina Theatre in Tirana.
The choreographer is Simona Cieri, and the dancers are: Martina Agricoli, Andrè Alma, Elisa Bartoli, Ilaria Fratantuono Mattia Solano, Roberta Morello, and Andrea Stabilini. The show denounces the contradictions of a world that is turning in on itself, building fences to protect the interests of the few without understanding that anything can change in the blink of an eye, transforming the discriminators of today into the discriminated of tomorrow. The tour was co-organized with Andrea Rellini, the cello player who is also the composer of the show’s original soundtrack, and with the support of the  Region Tuscany. “Dis-Crimine” took part in the Albania Dance Meeting-Festival and travelled to Kosovo thanks to the support of the Italian Cultural Institute in Tirana.
