“A Bridge for Music”, a concert organised by the Italian Cultural Institutein Belgrade, is part of the Italy-Serbia international cooperation project which bears the same name. Two are the events on schedule involving the Conservatorio “N. Paganini” and the Teatro Carlo Felice of Genoa, in cooperation with the Faculty of Music of the University of Belgrade. The first concert will take place on 7 October at the Artget Gallery in the Belgrade Cultural Centre, while the second one will be held on 8 October at Kolarac. The programme includes chamber music pieces featuring Brahms’s string sextet No. 1, op. 18, his piano quartet No.3, op. 60 and the clarinet quintet, followed by the Rondò from Paganini’s Grand Quartet. Italian and Serbian musicians will perform together. The concert falls within the framework of the celebrations for the 140th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Italy and Serbia.
