The Italian Cultural Institute in Belgrade, in cooperation with the Library “Centar za kulturu” in Kladovo and the Art’epok Association, presents the photo exhibition “L’Italia come non l’avete mai vista” (Italy as you have never seen it before), which is open from August 10th to 30th in Kladovo at the Library “Centar za kulturu”.
The author of the photographs is the architect and photographer Nemanja Bogdanović, who over the last ten years has visited and photographed several hundred places in eighteen out of twenty Italian regions.
The exhibition presents Italy, a country that boasts fifty cultural and five natural sites on the UNESCO World Heritage List, seen through the eyes of the Serbian photographer.
In his shots Bogdanović has immortalised natural beauty, architectural masterpieces, cultural and artistic events and gastronomy: the exhibition collects the most beautiful images of a journey of thirty thousand kilometres and thousands of shots from Venice to Verona, from Lake Garda and Lake Como to Milan, from Piedmont to Genoa, passing through Bologna, Florence and Tuscany, Umbria, Rome and Lazio, to Matera, European Capital of Culture 2019, Alberobello and Sicily.
