Ambassador Marco Lombardi had met with the volunteers of the Italian Civil Service that are working in Tanzania with Italian NGO “Comunità Solidali nel Mondo”.
These young Italians that have a degree in physiotherapy are assisting Tanzanian children with special needs in Dar es Salaam and Mbeja. Lombardi also met with the Italian President of “Comunità Volontari per il Mondo”, Marian Lambert, that has aid projects in Bongoyo for an improvement of working conditions of local population with a special reference to domestic staff.
