The Italian Cultural Institute (IIC) in Oslo presents Simon Stranger’s book ‘’Leksikon om lys og mørke – Il solo modo per dirsi addio’’ to mark the International Holocaust Remembrance Day. The book narrates the story of a Jewish family, who after the war decided to move into the house of Nazi Henry Rinnan, where he tortured Norwegian dissidents.
The author together with the literary critic and translator Preben Jordal will talk about the book, recently published in Italian. The meeting will focus also on the influence that Primo Levi had on Stranger. The event can be followed on live stream tomorrow at 18:30 on the IIC Facebook page.
