The Italian Cultural Institute in Belgrade and the Madlenianum Opera and Theatre present the “Fantasia italiana” concert featuring pianist Cristiana Pegoraro and conductor Lorenzo Porzio. The two Italian performers, along with the Madlenianum Theatre orchestra, will play famous movements, overtures and intermezzos by famous Italian composers in new arrangements for piano and orchestra. Cristiana Pegoraro obtained her piano diploma at only 16, and has studied in Vienna, the Mozarteum in Salzburg and the Hochschule der Kuenste in Berlin. She completed her studies at the Manhattan School of Music in New York. She has performed in the most important concert halls in Europe, the United States, South America, the Middle East, Asia and Australia, and plays as a soloist with prestigious international orchestras.
