The Italian Cultural Institute of Prague is hosting the second edition of the Multidisciplinary Conference of Italian Researchers in the Czech Republic until 9 June. The busy programme of the Conference includes lectures in the field of biomedical, natural, social, physical and humanistic science, and the participation of important Italian scientists, researchers and scholars currently active in the Czech academic and research context.
The event is an opportunity to highlight the importance of research in the framework of bilateral Italian-Czech relations, recalling how innovation and regeneration – whether geographical, health-related, environmental and dealing with urban planning – together with inclusion, constitute the priority assets of Rome’s candidacy to host Expo 2030.
The event – organised and coordinated by Professor Luca Vannucci, President of the Czech Immunological Society and Director of the Laboratory of Immunotherapy at the Institute of Microbiology of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic – is supported by the Italian Embassy and the Italian Cultural Institute, under the patronage of the Committee of Italians Abroad (COMITES) of the Czech Republic.
