莫阿韦罗·米拉内西部长主持在米兰召开的第二十五届欧安组织部长理事会

莫阿韦罗·米拉内西（Moavero Milanesi）部长在米兰欧安组织（OSCE）部长理事会期间会晤阿塞拜疆和亚美尼亚外交部长   “我们很高兴在欧安组织米兰部长理事会期间，亚美尼亚和阿塞拜疆发表了联合宣言，为结束这场发生在欧洲的旷日持久的冲突带来曙光”。目前担任欧洲安全与合作组织（欧安组织）主席的外交和国际合作部长恩佐·莫阿韦罗·米兰内西（Enzo Moavero Milanesi）还补充说，“这些具体的结果也证明了欧安组织作为对话论坛的重要性”。 在最近对两国的访问和随后的一系列会唔中，莫阿韦罗部长与亚美尼亚和阿塞拜疆外交部长多次讨论过可以借助目前正在米兰召开的欧安组织会议的契机，重新启动有利于和平和协商一致地解决纳戈尔诺 – 卡拉巴赫争端的对话并在这方面取得进展。 在联合公报中，受米兰会议积极气氛的影响，并在明斯克小组（俄罗斯联邦、法国和美国）联合主席的努力斡旋下，亚美尼亚和阿塞拜疆特别承诺将减轻紧张局势，并在未来几个月内再次会面，以确定进一步的具体步骤。
