The Foreign Ministry attaches great importance to this dimension, which includes cybersecurity, emerging and disruptive technologies, and disinformation. The Directorate General for Cyber Issues, Information Technology and Technology Innovation DGCT is responsible for addressing these matters, ensuring Italy’s proactive role internationally, in coordination with the relevant State Administrations.
