The 7th edition of the Cartagena International Music Festival, running from 5 to 13 January 2013, will be dedicated to Italian musical styles between the 14th and 17th century. The event was presented yesterday at the foreign ministry in Rome as a tribute, in Minister Terzi words, to a friendly nation to Italy which Italy feels very close that is investing heavily in culture.
