Luanda – Italian Embassy Donates an Ambulance to the Children’s Hospital

The Italian Embassy in Angola has donated a fully-equipped Fiat Ducato ambulance to the David Bernardino Hospital for Children in Luanda. The initiative is an example of “public-private partnership” at the local level. At the brief presentation ceremony, the Italian Ambassador, Giuseppe Mistretta, commented on the important presence of Italian health operators in Angola and the key role of NGOs such as UMMI and CUAMM in the health sector there.
