Minister Federica Mogherini spoke this morning by telephone with the wife and sister of Gianluca Salviato, the Italian technician abducted in Libya. She assured them that the foreign ministry was “following the case with great attention”, the minister said while speaking with reporters in The Hague where she was taking part in the Nuclear Security Summit.
