The Embassy of Italy in Vienna held a evening of music in the presence of Mayor of the City of Cremona Gianluca Galimberti and Governor of the National Bank of Austria Ewald Nowotny. Ambassador Giorgio Marrapodi played host to over 200 esteemed guests, who were also treated to an exhibition of violins, violas and cellos made by the contemporary luthiers of Cremona .
