The 17th Tirana Book Fair is under way at the city’s Congress Hall and will run until 16 November. This year’s Fair, in which the Italian Cultural Institute in the Albanian capital will be taking part, is dedicated to Girolamo De Rada, to mark the 200th anniversary of his birth.
