From Ermanno Olmi to Pif and his painful modern tale of the Palermo mafia, London welcomes back the festival “Cinema Made in Italy” organised by the Istituto Luce-Cinecittà in collaboration with the Italian Cultural Institute. Screenings will include nine films and an anthology of short films entitled “9×10 Novanta”. The festival’s centrepiece will be “La mafia uccide solo d’estate” by Pierfrancesco Diliberto (Pif), winner of last year’s European Film Awards. Read more, in Italian.
