Brazil – EXPO through gastronomy in San Paolo

At 39 days from the opening of the 2015 Milan EXPO, the Italian Consulate General organised an evening dedicated to the themes of Italian and Brazilian foods and sustainability. Special guest Helena Rizzo, winner of world’s best chef 2014, did honours along with Michelin-starred Roy Caceres of Rome’s Metamorphosi restaurant, who designed a special menu based on local specialties of each country.
