Moscow – Cooperation through Cinema

On a “cinema mission”, Italian ambassador to Moscow Cesare Ragaglin went on a visit to the Mosfilm studios in the Russian capital. The ambassador’s tour included a meeting with the centre’s director, Karen Shakhnazarov, with whom he discussed prospects for Italo-Russian cooperation in the area of filmmaking, with particular reference to the resumption of co-productions and the distribution of Italian films in Russia.
