On 9 May the Embassy of Italy in Washington will open its doors for European Union Open House, an event celebrating Europe Day observed by all EU diplomatic missions. “The healthy Italian lifestyle, this year’s theme, is inspired by EXPO Milano”, explained Italian ambassador to the U.S. Claudio Bisogniero, who also pointed out that “thanks to the Italian cultural and economic partners involved, the events of the day will also offer an important showcase for Italy in America”.
