South Africa – Embassy of Italy awards competition prizes

The Embassy of Italy in South Africa awarded the prizes to the four winners – Itumeleng Moleko (first prize winner), Nhleketo Nkanyane, Duduzile Mahlangu and Ntokozo Maluleka – of a photography contest involving 28 students of the Rivoningo elementary school in Soshanguvu, Pretoria. The participants were asked to photograph their daily activities with digital cameras made available by the diplomatic mission and UN volunteers, with The Open Window Institute providing a training course on the use of the cameras and natural light.
