After the stop in Brazil, the mission of the Undersecretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Vincenzo Amendola, in Latin America continues in Argentina.
In Buenos Aires today, the representative of the Italian Government will visit the “Cristoforo Colombo” School and meet with the associations of the Italian community. This evening he will talk to several representatives of the Italian business community and the most important promoters of Brand Italy abroad.
On the agenda of his visit to Argentina are meetings with the Country’s authorities. Tomorrow Mr Amendola will meet with the Undersecretary of State for Foreign Relations, Rodolfo Gustavo Zlauvinen, with whom he will discuss the opportunity to strongly relaunch bilateral relations, especially in the economic and commercial, science and security sectors. Another key point on the agenda is an exchange of opinions on the principal regional issues. Mr Amendola will then meet the President of the Senate Federico Pinedo, and the members of the Italy-Argentina Friendship Parliamentary Group.
Tomorrow evening Mr Amendola will also travel to Rosario, the capital of the Santa Fe Province, where he will meet representatives of the Italian community, of universities and of the world of culture.
The three-day visit to Argentina will end on Thursday with a last stop in Cordoba, where Undersecretary Amendola will meet the representatives of the Italian business community, representatives of the Italian community, federations, associations and of the newly emigrated youths.
