The Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Enzo Moavero Milanesi, met Marshal Khalifa Haftar, Commander of the Libyan National Army, at the Farnesina, within the framework of the preparatory activities ahead of the Conference for Libya scheduled in Palermo on 12-13 November. This was the Minister’s second meeting with Marshal Haftar after the one held in Benghazi on 10 September.
