The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Emanuela Del Re, travelled to Libya today first to meet with the President of the House of Representatives, Aguila Saleh, in El Gubba, and then to see Marshal Khalifa Haftar in Benghazi, in preparation of the Conference for Libya scheduled in Palermo next 12 and 13 November.
