Terrorist attack on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Libya’s Government of National Accord

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Enzo Moavero Milanesi, condemns “the terrorist attack launched today against the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Government of National Accord,” reaffirming “Italy’s staunch commitment to combat all forms of terrorism and heart-felt solidarity with the Libyan people and their rightful aspiration for real security.” For all the above reasons, Italy supports the actions of the UN Secretary General’s Special Representative to reinforce the stabilisation, national unity and democracy of Libya.
