A 74-year-old Italian engineer, employed by an Italian construction company in Haiti, was taken today from the building site where he was for some surveys by unknown individuals. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Crisis Unit was immediately activated and is following the case in collaboration with the other competent offices of the State, with our Embassy in Panama and with our Honorary Consul on site.
