The Secretary General of the Farnesina, Ambassador Ettore Francesco Sequi, opens the academic year at the School of Government at the LUISS Guido Carli University

Today, the Secretary General of the Farnesina, Ambassador Ettore Francesco Sequi, opened the academic year at the School of Government of the LUISS Guido Carli University with a masterclass.

Ambassador Sequi illustrated the main challenges to Italy’s foreign policy in times marked by deep changes at international level. In this context, the war in Ukraine represents a threat for Europe’s security and integration prospects, as well as for global order and the world’s economic stability and energy security. According to Ambassador Sequi, to tackle these risks, Italy’s foreign policy works at bilateral and multilateral level (EU, NATO, G7, UN).
