The recording of the webinar on renewable energy and clean technologies which took place in July 2014 has now been published on the MFA website at (/Sala_Stampa/ArchivioNotizie/Approfondimenti/2014/07/20140729_UsaInvestRinn.htm). The webinar was
organised by the Italian Embassy in Washington and by Confindustria. Companies who were unable to take part directly will now be able to view the webinar online, as will participants who wish to view it again.
The webinar provided detailed information, with presentations, on the arrangements for taking part in tenders in developing countries and on joint investment opportunities with the International Financial Corporation (IFC). Videos from the event include the speeches and presentations by Ambassador Bisogniero; the Executive Director of the World Bank, Piero Cipollone; Lucio Monari, from the Bank’s energy sector; and Dan Vardi, from the IFC’s renewables sector.
