Dei – Cameroon: coffee operators in Italy to promote exportation

Connecting with Italian partners to promote the exportation of Cameroon coffee and the transmission of know-how regarding production techniques and modernization were the goals of a mission by Cameroon coffee sector operators to Italy from 13 to 18 September for meetings with potential Italian partners. The mission, promoted in collaboration with the Interprofessional Council of Cacao and Coffee (CICC) and the Trieste Coffee Association, fell within the framework of a 9 July Business Forum and of Cameroon’s participation in the Milan EXPO. The delegation was made up of 20 operators, two of whom were among the country’s largest coffee producers.
