Cerimonia di Conferimento dei Premi Leonardo 2025
Cerimonia di Conferimento dei Premi Leonardo 2025

The Leonardo Awards 2025 Ceremony will be held this afternoon at Villa Madama, in the presence of the Prime Minister, Giorgia Meloni; the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Antonio Tajani; and the Minister for Enterprise and Made in Italy, Adolfo Urso.

Founded on the belief that the excellence of our industrial supply chains is a key asset in sustaining and enhancing Italy’s global competitiveness, the Leonardo Awards aim to celebrate the very best of Italian entrepreneurship – its achievements and future outlook.

Showcasing and supporting Italian entrepreneurial talent in an ever-evolving international context is a priority of Italy’s foreign policy. This commitment is pursued through the Growth Diplomacy strategy and the National Export Plan.

As part of the government’s broader efforts to support businesses and promote Made in Italy worldwide, the 2025 Leonardo Awards also serve to reaffirm the full backing of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the international growth of Italy’s production chains, leveraging the country’s diplomatic and consular network.

Established in 1993 to promote “Italian Quality” and Made in Italy, the Leonardo Committee brings together entrepreneurs, artists, scientists, and cultural figures. The Leonardo Prizes are among the Committee’s most prestigious initiatives and, since 1994, have honoured both Italian and international personalities, as well as outstanding students, who have contributed to the promotion and global recognition of Made in Italy. At this 2025 edition, the following awards will be presented: the Leonardo Prize, the Leonardo International Prize, the Leonardo Sustainability and Innovation Prize, the Leonardo Italian Quality Prize, the Leonardo Social Enterprise Prize, and the Leonardo Young Enterprise Prize. In addition, eight awards will be given to particularly deserving students.
