On 18 May, International Museum Day, Rai Cultura organised a special programme dedicated to museums: episodes dedicated to 40 different museums will be broadcast from the studio of “Art Night”, the programme hosted by Neri Marcorè, to tell the history of culture, from the earliest Etruscan artefacts to the most recent works of contemporary art.
The ‘Farnesina Collection’ too is included in this day-long event, with the 2019 documentary “The diplomacy of art “, from ‘Art Night: Farnesina Collection’, to be aired on 18 May in the late evening. The history of the Palace and the Collection, which features over five hundred works of art, describe the milestones of 20th and 21st century Italian art.
