莫阿韦罗·米兰内西部长访问华盛顿

外交和国际合作部长恩佐·莫阿韦罗·米兰内西（Enzo Moavero Milanesi）将于2019年1月3日至4日访问华盛顿。计划将举行多次会晤，特别是：在国务院会见国务卿迈克·蓬佩奥（Mike Pompeo）、在白宫会见国家安全顾问约翰·博尔顿，以及会见一些国会内的资深成员。 在会谈中，莫阿韦罗部长将会谈及涉及两国之间明确双边关系的众多议题。美意两国共同关心的所有主要国际问题自然也是讨论的主要内容，例如：全球安全、地中海地区情况、稳定利比的承诺、中东和平道路、非洲经济和社会发展以及跨大西洋政治、经济和商业关系等。 在美意之间牢固的战略关系背景下，预定的会议也是双方就国际合作及构成其传统构架的机构面临的机遇和挑战，进行情况更新和有益交流的关键机会。就此议题双方将讨论：联合国和欧安组织行动、北约内部关系、美国与欧盟关系、美意两国在保持成熟的国际法规则体系全面有效性方面的共同动机，特别关注目前公开冲突的积极解决和对核以及生物化学不扩散保证协议的遵守。 意大利将进一步加强与美国的关系，这种关系建立在强大和真挚友谊的悠久传统基础上，并一直获得了已经在美国生活了近两个世纪的众多意大利社区的文化、创业精神和政治活力的印证。
