Kabul – Dilkush Palace restored thanks also to Italy

Italy is a contributor to the restoration of Kabul’s historic Dilkush Palace – designed by British architect Christopher Finlayson for Emir Habibullah and built between 1914 and 1917 – with artistic tiles produced by Manifatture Sottosasso of Faenza, which will be used to complete the project that began in 2012.
