“The nuclear test performed by the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea is to be condemned with the most absolute firmness”. Minister for Foreign Affairs Giulio Terzi’s commented from Paris, where he is attending the Conference on Libya.
According to the foreign minister, the North Korean nuclear test “is the latest blatant violation of the obligations endorsed by the United Nations and the international community, and represents a threat to regional stability and global security and a breach of international non-proliferation regulations”.
