The event, dedicated to sustainable energy in Sub-Saharan Africa, is part of a broader Italy-Africa Initiative aimed at promoting a model for sustainable growth, with the participation of all Italian sectors interested in increasing relations with the African continent.

Investment prospects in the sectors of electrical and renewable energy on the African continent and the presence of Italian firms engaged in those sectors, along with experience gained to date through partnerships with Africans, will form the agenda of the ministerial session of the Energy-Environment segment of the Italy-Africa Initiative. The segment focuses on promoting a sustainable growth model for deepening relations between Italy and the African continent. The event will take place at the Farnesina on 13 and 14 October.
