World Drawing Day: #ColourtheMinistryofForeignAffairs

On April 27th is celebrated World Drawing Day: established in London in 1962 by the International Council of Graphic Design Associations (Ico-D), which brings together professional designers, the event represents a significant opportunity to promote the value of communication through drawing.

Art has always helped the human being to express himself, and graphic representation was one of the first forms of communication of humanity. Creativity has beneficial effects on the psycho-physical health of both children and adults, especially during periods of emotional distress. Drawing makes it possible to represent emotions or situations that cannot be told with words.

In these days of #Istayathome, here is an activity for children and not only. It is now possible to colour, draw and doodle the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Give free rein to your imagination, #Colourtheministryoforeignaffairs!

Then scan or photograph your drawing and send it to: stampa.segreteria@esteri.it (subject: “Colour the Ministry of Foreign Affairs”). It will be published on our social media!
