Note Russian Federation

We have learned with deep regret of the decision of the Russian Federation to expel the Deputy Naval Attaché of the Italian Embassy in Moscow with 24 hours notice. We consider the decision unfounded and unjust because taken in retaliation to a legitimate measure adopted by the Italian authorities in defence of their own security.
